About Me

Hi! I'm Jenah, a Registered Dietitian who is passionate about health and nutrition! I am a firm believer in the "all foods fit" philosophy - I believe that a healthy relationship with food and sustainable lifestyle changes are much more effective than following a restrictive and unsustainable diet. 


Trying to navigate a sustainable, healthy eating pattern while managing a health condition can be very overwhelming. I'm here to help you find that balance so that you can achieve your nutrition and health goals.

When I'm not in the kitchen making tasty recipes, you can (try to) catch me outdoors on an adventure - I enjoy hiking, canoeing, kayaking. You may also find me at my local gym in a spin class!
